"I believe my expectations were too high for this hotel. I imagined that, being a Warner hotel, it would be completely geared toward children, like Legoland.We arrived early, but the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t do an early check-in — which is totally understandable. "The room was clean and the view was lovely. The bathroom could do with a deep clean as there is signs of mould. Breakfast was not great and communication via WhatsApp not ideal. Saturday night another guest caused an hour of disruption with shouting, wailing and banging that the staff seemed unable to deal with. This was after midnight and woke everyone else up. Parking is free but not always close to there the boat is moored. "
