"The condo was small, but it’s still accommodated my family of eight and we were right next to the pool, which was great for the kids anytime we needed something. We just called the Hotel and it was brought over in a reasonable amount of time or we could pick it up later. Staff were very friendly."

"Nice small room on a quiet back street close to nearby attractions and restaurants! Many mini golf courses around and Honeys breakfast has the best breakfast I have ever had, must stop and enjoy! No blinds on balcony sliding glass door but not to many places can see inside if they cared. There is a pocket door in between the bedroom and kitchen for more privacy if you like. Didn’t use the Kitchenette but looked fully stocked to me. Also has a Brita water filter in fridge to use. Very relaxing...

"This was a beautiful condo! We stayed here with our three kids. Room was perfect, facilities were clean and updated. The host contacted us about an issue with the bedroom air conditioner. When we arrived they were still working on it, but treated us to dinner for the inconvenience (which honestly wasn’t an issue since they had communicated to us prior). We loved the balcony and view, especially the outdoor dining table and couch. The location was wonderful - a quieter area, so beaches aren’t...

"Pam and Ray’s condo was clean and well maintained - we had a great time! The location was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still not far from the beach and hubbub the kids enjoy. The pool was a big hit too. Would definitely stay again!"

"This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats! "

"The property was amazing. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. This was a big help in making some Thanksgiving dishes. The building was very nice and while it wasn’t beach weather it was great to wake up and see the ocean! The only bad part is the fee to park especially in the off season when there was plenty of space. "

The room and the ocean view from the balcony is just as it appears on line. Check in was easy and the host texted us the entry code as soon as the unit was cleaned. All the amenities promised were available to us. It was a very enjoyable stay."
