"Resort is excellent - beautiful grounds, pool is absolutely wonderful, restaurant onsite is good and service and staff are exceptional. Location is also great - an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants are very close. Room was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Highly recommend Bathala!"

"This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback, they really didn't want you swimming in the ocean - the first time they said it was after 5 and no lifeguard was on duty, the second time it was the...

"Highly enjoyed staying in this resort. We wanted a place that is away from noise and a party atmosphere and we got it. The staff are great, room is fantastic, beach amenities are awesome (they offer kayak and gears for free). I would return again. I miss it already. Wifi can be weak at some spots, breakfast prep can be a little loud but its only for a short moment. "
