"1st, we had to climb (literally) 40 steps to get to the apartment (from the back enterance). We're almost 80 years old and it was quite difficult! Definitely not for anyone with even minor disabities. Parking was horrible! No parking on the street or you'll get a ticket at 4am, and we were told the town is VERY strict about it. "We had a great stay here! It was quiet, clean, and private, while still being convenient to Acadia National Park. We loved staying on the western side of the island. The host, Becky, was fantastic. She made us feel welcome and went the extra mile when our late arrival meant we got there after the grocery and convenience stores closed.
