"This is a fabulous location! The beds are super comfortable and the entire unit with the gorgeous view was very well appointed. The staff couldn't be nicer or mor accomodating! "Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. It was also nice we could put our beach stuff...

"My room was Ocean Front but our view was of dunes. The room only had 2 very small trash cans, definitely not enough. We were there for my son’s wedding and had a tray of bagels and crumb cake and butter, cream cheese, coffee and a bowl of fruit delivered. We had to bring some of the garbage home with us because there was not enough garbage disposal cans. The wedding was wonderful!!! Everything was delicious and we were getting compliments all day because the whole event was wonderful. "
