"Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing
I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary.
No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...
"Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol.

"I will never stay in another property in Lagos. Excellent staff, beautiful boutique style hotel, they paid very good attention to details! The breakfast is excellent and all the staff are so helpful. The room has everything you need, and the location is perfect. They also have a car available and driver for airport pickups. Anything you can think of, the Nordic Lagos will have it. Please skip all the other hotels and shortlets and go straight to the Nordic Lagos."
"Having paid to stay for 2 weeks, it was very disappointing to have been met with an empty fridge. It was also a health and safely hazard to have observed staff cleaning with strong bleach dtergents being done in close proximation to the swimming pook whilst swimmers were using the pool.l, myselfcbeing one of them!"
