"Guys . This is the best hotel on Victoria Island Island period! Same quality, Same insane level of cleanliness, same amazing customer service over for 2 years now speaks to something about them. In the 2 years , I tried others. Movenpick, Sheraton 4 seasons…… I always find my way back"
"Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care."
"Dirty room
Dirty and wet bathroom, water from shower escapes into bathroom floor. Water closet has permanent stain. Room surfaces -tables, chairs, desks dirty and not wiped. Staff conduct not nice especially the bar girl, very rude. Bed sheet and duvet was dirty and itchy I had to request a clean one which was brought over after 3 hours, before I could sleep. Towel and bath soap wasn’t provided until I requested. A.C can only be used when their power supply around 7-8pm, and not during the day....
