"Atenção incrível aos hóspedes, fazendo a experiência ser ainda melhor. Nos deixaram entrar antes do horário de checkin com direito an upgrade de quarto, tudo por iniciativa deles! Nos indicaram restaurante pra jantar e fizeram a reserva pra gente numa mesa especial (palavras deles). A mesa era com uma vista inacreditável! Sem palavras pra descrever essa experiência! Hotel limpo, confortável e mega bem localizado!"

"I was blown away by the staff at this property. After a very stressful travel day, the staff tracked my train (to make sure I would make checkout cutoff) and were so helpful in dealing with the airport and helping me find lost luggage. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was beautiful and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s a very unassuming entrance but the hotel itself is gorgeous. Big thank you to all the incredible staff that went above and beyond while we were there. "

"A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great."

"Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "
