" Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Guangzhou, med mange spisesteder i nærheten, noe som gjorde det enkelt å finne god mat i gåavstand. Personalet var veldig behjelpelige og imøtekommende, selv om ikke alle snakket engelsk – de gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe oss. En ekstra pluss var sjåføren som kjørte oss til flyplassen tidlig om morgenen – svært serviceinnstilt og pålitelig. Vi anbefaler absolutt å bestille taxi gjennom hotellet dersom du reiser på natten. Alt i alt et veldig bra opphold!"

"Já estive outras vezes e continuarei me hospedando aqui pois além de ser bem localizado, todos os colaboradores são muito cordiais. A maioria não fala inglês, mas se esforçam muito para nos entender e providenciar o que precisamos. As acomodações são limpas e amplas. Pena que alguns hóspedes fumantes não respeitam os não-fumantes e fumam dentro do quarto passando o cheiro para outras acomodações. Em geral, recomendo este estabelecimento. "

"Os apartamentos estão precisando de uma boa reforma . Fui colocado em um que havia mofo no teto , e solicitei a mudança para outro , estava um pouco melhor , mas as condições não estão boas . Cama muito dura , sofá bem Velho !!! Está muito mal cuidado . Bem diferente de quando estive em 2017. Certamente não será uma opção para mim , na minha próxima viagem para China !!! O bom do Flat é que no subsolo dele existe a estação de metrô , ajuda muito ! N "

"The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport."

"This hotel is really pretty. The lobby is not quite as beautiful as the rooms. The view is worth it. The rooms have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. There's a beautiful bathroom with a smart toilet. "Best thing in Guangzhou was the Mandarin Oriental. Breakfast has asian and international cuisine, with fresh fruits and juices everyday. The bed was on the hard side but not too hard. The service is excellent. Mr Chase Zou in the concierge gave excellent advice on what to do and where to eat. They really go above and beyond to help guests. There was bus service to Canton Fair every day and when going back to the hotel, they had cookies and drinks waiting for us outside the bus. Such a thoughtful team. Rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. At the end of the day, they also have turndown service and got the room ready for us. Wonderful. "
