"The Calm House was exactly as described… a calm house. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed after being in busy Hanoi! The staff/family that manage the property treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. "Booked room with free breakfast but the staff requested to pay for breakfast when we sit down without checking. Please write down your booking information so you are not double charged. I requested the staff to check so they did not charge me. There is no lift to room so my 14 years old boy needs to carry 20kg luggage using stairs to level 2. There was no coffee provided in room. Other than those annoying issues, it is all good."
