"I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. Kids club is quite big and there are a lot of activities. Shella from kids club is amazing with kids! Aysa and Desi ( sorry if I my spelling is wrong) are very kind and nice with kids as well. "🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"Secluded location, completely private beach with only resort guests, perfect for a long weekend.
The towels are not so clean, with dead bugs on them and marks on them. Better to bring your own bath towels.
Super hardworking staffs especially those who serve at the restaurant, they work from 7am till 10pm. Big respect! Reception staffs are friendly and helpful too.
The only issue is the aircon in the room, it switches off automatically almost every hour, hard to maintain a cool enough room...
