"A princípio nis deram um quarto bem no fundo das instalações, cheirando a mofo, teto do banheiro toto mofado, camas com um colchão bem fininho e nada parecido com a foto, fui reclamar e nos trocaram para um quarto melhor. O novo quarto era espaçoso e não cheirava mal, porém não estava tão limpo, tinha restos de sabonete velho no banheiro e lençol manchado. Esperei que limpasssem no dia seguinte e para minha surpresa eles não limpam os quartos a menos que você peça. Fiquei 5 dias e só limparam...

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport....

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds.
