"We had a wonderful time staying at the Amnicon lodge! Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. I did not see this listed in the description, but it wasn’t really an issue for us; just good information for future guests!"

"We have stayed here before. Such a great location! We enjoyed a few nights having a bonfire and loved the relaxing vacation!"

"Great location, very private and peaceful! Would recommend putting pet costs in listing so customers are not surprised. It would have also have been nice to have additional towels as 1 per person is not enough and no one wants to do laundry on vacation. Landscaping could be improved but it is the beginning of the season. We were allowed to check in early which was great as we were from around 3 hours away. Overall great property. Clean. Good experience and communication."

"Nice old house. A little creaky but that's part of the charm! Only issues were small. No broom and tub drained slowly. I'll take that. It is in a great location for exploring, walking or biking, shopping, and seeing the Duluth and north shore sights. Loved it!"

"This home is conveniently located in Duluth. The home is clean and the beds are very comfortable! We had an issue with water volume. If someone was showering, we lost water in the kitchen. The bathtub drains extremely slowly."

"We made a last minute decision to come to Duluth to watch our son & his girlfriend run the Grandma’s Marathon, their first marathon! This place is so cute, super clean, and right across the street from Lake Superior. It was perfect!"

"We had a girls weekend here and had a blast! The Green Bean was small but very cozy. It had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. It was walking distance to a river walk as well, which we enjoyed! "

"We just needed a quick trip away before the summer chaos begins for our family. We have a special needs child so a home setting was perfect for accommodating his needs. Our youngest was enthralled with the surrounding nature and spent so much time watching the deer and rabbits. The quiet neighborhood was great and the access to local eats and shops was perfect. We’re already thinking of next Fall or next year."

"If you’re into 60’s retro homes, this is the place for you!! The architecture is similar to FLW and all the vintage stuff works. The location is Great with the backyard being a sandy beach. The Hist had lots of towels, laundry supplies, firewood, kitchen essentials and anything else you would need. This is the perfect rental house when you’re in Duluth. The driveway is Tricky to find, so be patient on arrival."

"We loved the room! Our one issue was we left a weighted blanket and called the next day. They told us they would have to check on it and when they found it it would be a 25 fee on top of shipping/handling even though we were still in the area and could have easily gone back to just pick it up. Overall, though, we recommend! "

"Had a weekend event and the property was perfect for getting family in a private space "

"The property is beautiful and quiet. This room was in the carriage house, which did get pretty warm at night, but was otherwise comfortable. Would stay again!"

"Our studio was in a beautiful neighborhood and was an easy drive wherever we wanted to go. The studio itself was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The jacuzzi tub was lovely, especially after a rainy cool day of exploring. Communication with the host was very good, the check-in and check-out process was very easy."
