"This is not what some would call a 5 star hotel but if you are going to Baxter State park it is a good place to stay. It is an older facility and the owners live there and they are very nice and them and their staff are helpful and nice! They have a wonderful laundry which is important for us when traveling. Their continental breakfast is adequate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We lived Baxter State park! Hikers and hunters stay here. We met 2 boys that were hiking...

"We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Kids loved the indoor pool. Our only complaint was the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to that. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was the perfect place to stay! The hotels nearby are overpriced and dumpy. I was able to pick up some meals at Hannaford and eat in the fully equipped kitchen. The owner checked in on me as there was an unusual heat wave and she offered to put in the air conditioner. Within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again."
