"I think their breakfast area was under construction and wouldn't recommend having breakfast there in saying that we were luckily the hotel room we had was complete house so no problem for us at all i actually enjoyed my stay there very friendly staff. "

"We had to get 2 rooms. The room we rented was supposed sleep 6. We had 5 people and had to do 3 in one room and 2 in the other. The rooms were small but serviceable and the service, towels etc. was acceptable. Don’t expect any frills but the metro station was across the street and there was plenty dining options. "

"The room is at the top of a „shopping mall“ (not a very clean one, people are cooking at the floor and smoking). The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. You get one time towels and there was hair from the people who stayed there before. "

Stunning views of the Bund and Oriental Pearl Tower, elegant rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. Flair rooftop bar is a must visit for its atmosphere and views. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family"
