Hotéis Cápsula em Ilha Cat Ba, HP

"The homestay was a good experience in general but was quite far from Cat Ba Town. We were able to hire bicycles and ride to the national park and go hiking but there wasn't anything else that could be accessed without motorised transport. The rooms were ok, but in need of some maintenance. Bathrooms need updating and wallpaper was peeling off the ceilings. There were spiders and a centipede in the room but it was fine once we removed the critters. Lots of farm sounds with roosters, barking dogs...

"Começamos mal, fomos esquecidos no porto, o transfer contratado ao hotel não foi nos buscar. E os números de telefone, tanto da reserva quanto da internet, eram inexistentes, segundo a gravação da operadora. Depois de meia hora de espera, pegamos o único táxi disponível que nos cobrou 150.000 D a mais do que pagaríamos pelo transfer. O hotel nos reembolsou a diferença seguido por vários pedidos de desculpas. O quarto é bem básico e o bangalô 8, o que ficamos, não funcionava o Wi-Fi. O banheiro...

"Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel was wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful for all our needs. The location is right in the main strip of Cat Ba town, which can be a bit hectic but our room wasn’t too noisy. This was a great value for the price and I would return."

We were able to arrange activities right from the homestay which was very convenient. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great pool and garden area. "I was advised the day of arrival the elevator was broken and we would be taken to another hotel. The elevator was non existent and there was obvious major building works in progress. The hotel we were taken to was substandard and not at all what we paid for. We were not given prior knowledge or the opportunity to choose our own hotel or for a refund."
