Later I wanted to report an issue we were having. I sent two text messages through their website link and QR code. No response! I had to make an extra effort to get a response. No apology."

"We stayed in the Studio apartment in the carriage house, it is spacious and well appointed. The decor is eclectic in a fun kind of way. The location is central in Mahone Bay, would definitely come back."

The power was out for most of our stay - not their fault, it affected the whole region - but the wood stove, the propane stovetop, and wood-fired hot tub meant we could still enjoy all the things! So private, comfortable, and romantic. I've already told several people about this place. "

"The main issue was a failing hvac system. Our room was consistently over 80degrees, even when the temperature was in the low seventies. The staff was sympathetic but failed to offer any solutions and my request to communicate with the owner was not addressed. My email to the manager was not returned. For a hotel that advertises air conditioning and is quite expensive I was extremely disappointed."

"This place was incredible. It's a loft-style huge single room very well organized and perfect for two people. The bed was comfy and the coffee delicious. It's very isolated, but that was what we were looking for, and it was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge together. The nearest grocery was about 25 or so minutes away, and the kitchen is well appointed for cooking meals. Spectacular views and so many thoughtful places to sit and experience nature. The bathroom was clean and updated,...
