"The property had no reception, used key code system and only one key to get in and out so could not go separately out of building. Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. Had to go to other harbour place and phone the cleaners number who actually contacted a lady who took info needed"

"We just returned from our first family trip to Tenby, and this stay made it truly memorable.
A massive shoutout to Steve, who looked after us throughout our 4-night stay. He checked us in efficiently, gave great local recommendations, and served us at dinner with friendly conversation.
