"This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all. "

"My husband and I had a great stay! It was relaxing, a great location and a beautiful beach area. We enjoyed sitting on both decks during the day and night. We were a little concerned that it was a duplex but had no issues with neighbor noise because it was a very private set up. "

"Wonderful home for our group! Everyone had the space they needed and the views and serenity were amazing! There was an issue with the pool heater but the hosts were very attentive and accomodating. Great vacation!"

This was our first time staying at Topsail beach, and we had an excellent time. Very relaxing, family friendly area!"

"We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and conveniently located near the path to the beach. The beach was so clean and the people we met were very nice. I’d like to stay again, just a little longer though. There are plenty of cool things to do, we just ran out of time. The property manager checked in with us to make make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we may have had. It was a great overall experience."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this little house on the water. The kayak was a hit with our little ones who also loved to watch the crabs scurry. Swansboro, with cute restaurants and shops, is only minutes down the main road on which the house sits. Would definitely recommend! "

"We enjoyed our week here. The house was a great fit for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was fantastic. This section of the beach was not as crowded."

"Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! "

"After our original VRBO booking fell through only 2 hours before we were to check in, we found this house and amazing owner who worked magic to get us in at the last minute.This was far better than what we originally booked! The house was spacious, clean, centrally located, and had every amenity we could have wished for--including a special basket of dog toys for our pets! Lots of cleaning supplies and extra toiletries made it easy to maintain the house while we were there. The outdoor shower...

"We have stayed in some wonderful homes in Emerald Isle and my brother described it as being in OZ and following the yellow brick road, aka the winding beach walk! With every turn and door you opened there was something wonderful Every room was beautiful and had what we needed, baby things, kid games and bunk room and an elevator for my 86 year old mother! Dance parties in the pool, outdoor space galore, decks, decks and patio! wonderful warm ocean of course! We plan to come back our next...

"Nice house. Very clean. Having a golf cart on the property was a big plus. Hoping to stay there again. "

"We had the best time at this adorable condo! It's spacious and clean and has great views! The hot water lasted for all of our showers after the beach and the AC was nice and cool. It's in an awesome location with TONS of food and activities nearby. Would love to come again! "

"Great stay. Walking distance to everything. Stair lift was a great addition. Owners quick to respond and very helpful. "

"Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. "

"The house is incredible and served our family well. We had all ages from 6 months to adults and it worked well for everyone. Nicely appointed inside and out. The pool area was the favorite. Nicest house in North Topsail as far as we could see! Rebooked for next year."
