"The rooms are very old and definitely require renovation. We were unable to sleep comfortably due to the noisy operation of the air conditioning. The smell of dampness in the hotel corridors was unpleasant. It is quite poor that a hotel in this segment still lacks a coffee machine; if you wish to have coffee, you are obliged to heat water in a kettle and prepare your drink using small packets of instant coffee. "Our welcome, check in, room and staff were excellent. The hotels pools, Adventure Zone and buffet breakfast was amazing. The outer hallways were a little worn down. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like vomit or rotten milk was spilled on the carpet. The staff worked tirelessly to clean it up but the smell was still there. Towards the end of the trip water was leaking from the ceiling and a bucket was put on the ground in the hallway. It just needs some updating. However our room was fine....
