"The location of the property is good. The maintenance of the property is very bad. The bathing area was full of stain, the water hose was leaking. The water kettle is only good for one day."

"The location was great and convenient. Feel safe when return to apartment late at night (Security guard at the main road and by the main entrance by the lift). Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). Stove and bathroom light was broken."
