"The only really good thing about this hotel is the location, which is really excelent. Otherwise it is very far away from being a 4 star hotel, as it is posted. I would say it can barely be classified as a 2 star. I booked for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child. The room had one Queen bed and one sofa bed, that was not ready after we checked-in. I arrived around 7:30 PM and the office closes at 9PM. So, if I had arrived a little bit later, my 12yo daughter would have to squeeze with us in a queen...

"Rene muito simpática, difícil encontrar pessoas como ela nos atendimentos dos hotéis nos EUA! Hotel pé na areia…praia linda! Pena que tivemos que sair um dia antes por conta do furacão Helene - ficou um gostinho de “quero mais” - diária estornada sem nenhum problema pelo hotel."

"Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

"Very clean and has everything you need. A block from the beach and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella made beach days great. The pool and hot tub were great too. "

"The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. "
