"The only really good thing about this hotel is the location, which is really excelent. Otherwise it is very far away from being a 4 star hotel, as it is posted. I would say it can barely be classified as a 2 star. I booked for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child. The room had one Queen bed and one sofa bed, that was not ready after we checked-in. I arrived around 7:30 PM and the office closes at 9PM. So, if I had arrived a little bit later, my 12yo daughter would have to squeeze with us in a queen...

"The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."

"Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"Excelente hotel com acesso muito fácil a praia. Praia bonita, tranquila e muito limpa. Vale muito a pena conhecer. Única coisa que não foi muito bom no quarto foi o banheiro que é muito pequeno."

"The apartment was adorable and just steps away from the beach. It faced pool, which was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was centrally located on the island, so mid way between 2 town areas where restaurants & shops were located. We rented a golf cart, which was fun and made traveling to those areas easier. We had a great stay and look forward to going back."
