"The location is excellent, and the beach access is truly beachfront. The suite we stayed in, the Anna Maria Beach Resort Flamingo Suite, has an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. The surrounding structure is also fantastic, with great barbecue areas, support tables, chairs, and umbrellas available for guests. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness is exceptional. We will definitely return to Anna Maria again, and this is absolutely the best choice."

"We paid for a waterfront stay “just steps away from the beach”. Our room was across the street and down a road from the beach facing the opposite direction. Definitely either the description is incorrect or they gave us the wrong room but not what we paid for and expected."
