"The unit was absolutely darling refurbished after the hurricane. A block and a half from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bikes, chairs and beach toys were available for free. There were wagons to put things in to the beach. The process of making reservations was easy. Emails were welcoming and polite. The cleaning lady was friendly and polite. Excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back to with Fran Maxon Real Estate."

"Direct access to beach just steps from the front/back door. Pool was clean and just steps from back door. 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Very clean room, the kitchen was stocked with anything you works need to cook. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay again!"

"The location of this island home is perfect. We walked to the Gulf, the bay, and to several cafés and restaurants. The house is wonderful for a family gathering with a heated pool, ample patio furniture, spacious balcony, and a fun garage equipped with a tv viewing area and ping pong table. We are already planning a return trip! "
