"The room was nicely decorated but the floors felt dirty, the curtains were also too long and they were dragging on the floor and collecting dust. The outside seating area was nicely decorated but there was no privacy, you were staring directly at 6 other rooms. The check in was terrible, that may have been an Expedia problem because I could not open the email they sent me. "The only really good thing about this hotel is the location, which is really excelent. Otherwise it is very far away from being a 4 star hotel, as it is posted. I would say it can barely be classified as a 2 star. I booked for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child. The room had one Queen bed and one sofa bed, that was not ready after we checked-in. I arrived around 7:30 PM and the office closes at 9PM. So, if I had arrived a little bit later, my 12yo daughter would have to squeeze with us in a queen...
