"We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

"We paid for a waterfront stay “just steps away from the beach”. Our room was across the street and down a road from the beach facing the opposite direction. Definitely either the description is incorrect or they gave us the wrong room but not what we paid for and expected."

"We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Beach Club! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and having a washer and dryer was a great convenience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful at both check-in and checkout. We loved the beautiful pool and deck area, as well as the convenience of having the beach right across the street. The complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas included with the stay were an added bonus. We will definitely be back! ❤️🌴☀️"
