"The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude.
The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal...
"Good allround place not enough choice of restaurants -buffet food ok considering huge amount of guests - could do with more choice of ala carte resturants booking hard and3 days in advance with very poor menu with out paying - considering we paid £1550 for a week we would expect better"

"The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. "
