The pleasant village of Combe Martin offers a 17th century inn, Post Office, bakery and an array of small shops. From here, the South West Coast path reveals many striking beauty spots on the North Devon Coast. Soak up the breath-taking views to Baggy Point, take a ride on the funicular railway at Lynton and Lynmouth and stroll to the highest point of the beautiful Valley of the Rocks, which forms part of Exmoor National Park. Other family attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park. You can also head along the coast in the opposite direction to discover Ilfracombe and the beautiful surfers-paradise of Woolacombe Bay.


Enter via the kitchen/diner where you will find a oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to ensure you’re well-equipped during your holiday. Head through into the comfortable lounge where you’ll find characterful, original exposed beams, SMART TV/DVD The ground floor also features a south facing conservatory and the family bathroom with electric shower over bath and WC. A double bedroom with adjacent WC, one twin room and single room can be found upstairs.


The pretty garden is fully enclosed and dog safe with a wooden fence, not only for complete privacy but perfect for dogs too. There is also outside seating so that during the warmer months you can spend time relaxing outdoors. At the front of the property there is a private footpath with a low wall behind which is a running stream.
