"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. If this is the experience you are looking for this is an excellent choice with all the comforts of a home. If...

"Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% "
