Beides ist meines Erachtens auf die fehlende bzw. defekte Abluft im Bad zurückzuführen. Auch im Rest des Apartments fand sich - vor allem in den Ecken - viel Schmutz und immer wieder allerlei Haare. "Not only did we have such an amazing stay, the host had such amazing and quick communication and was really accommodating with any questions or scenarios we had. The place is a quick five minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to Central Riga and is close to everything in general without it being in the center of everything. "Perfeito. Eu acrescentaria isso porque mostra uma falha de serviço importante para um hotel desse padrão. Ficaria assim: O hotel é muito bem localizado e o atendimento, de modo geral, é correto. Assim que chegamos, o ar-condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, mas a equipe prontamente nos trocou de quarto. O café da manhã é excelente e de ótima qualidade. Já a academia é praticamente inexistente. O que mais nos incomodou foi a área de convivência. O lounge, onde funciona o bar, é frequentado por fumantes de charuto e o cheiro é extremamente forte, tornando muito desagradável permanecer ali para quem não fuma. Como não existe outro lobby ou espaço agradável para sentar, conversar ou tomar um drink, acabamos sem uma área de convivência no hotel. Os travesseiros também são muito altos, desconfortáveis e de qualidade abaixo do esperado. Outro ponto que me chamou atenção aconteceu na saída. Estávamos com malas grandes e o funcionário simplesmente deixou nossas malas na porta do hotel e foi embora. Tivemos que carregá-las sozinhos até o carro. Embora o carro não estivesse longe, esperávamos que, em um hotel desse padrão, houvesse esse cuidado e auxílio com a bagagem até o veículo. No geral, a localização e o café da manhã são ótimos, mas alguns detalhes de serviço e conforto precisam melhorar."
