"The Akrotiri Hotel was really good, so much so that we stayed longer than planned. The host Timus was very accommodating explaining that the breakfast was €7 extra per person despite the booking site stating that it was free but the receipt was ambiguous in that respect. "This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. Perhaps others will have a better experience than we did. Nice looking property though."
