Alkistis luxurious 1st Floor Apartment is situated on Ikaria island in the region of Therma, the place of the best worldwide known spa baths. It is a modern autonomous fully renovated apartment, with an independent entrance and breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby islands. It is situated at a 30-meter distance from the beach of Therma, between the two mineral springs of Apollonas and Spileo.

The 1st Floor apartment, which accommodates from 2 to 4 persons respectively, consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
More specifically, it is equipped with air-conditioning, two flat TV sets, a portable massage mattress, which can be placed in the bed for an enjoyable massage, a hairdryer, a flat iron, an ironing board, safe deposit box, a scale to watch your weight, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, coffee-maker, and toaster.
