"The appartement is very spacious (way more spacious than the listing pictures show) and pleasant. It's conveniently located 5 min from the Clichy train station, 10 min from the Lousie Michelle metro station, which makes it easy to go to Paris Intra Muros (15 min metro ride to go to the Arc de Triomphe) in a very safe area of Paris. The 3-star rating comes because we had quite a few issues with the appartment. First, the bathroom lock was not working. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not...

"0 stars. We waited before writing this review so we could respond thoughtfully, but we still feel deeply frustrated, misled, and taken advantage of. We booked this expensive apartment largely because the listing clearly advertised two bathrooms. A month before our trip, we noticed there were no photos of the second bathroom and contacted Expedia. During a three-way call, the host insisted there were two bathrooms but ended the call before resolving our concerns and would not allow us to cancel....

"The apartment was spacious and well decorated. We were thrilled walking into the space, and it accommodated our large family group nicely. The location was perfect for walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The overall cost was competitive with other options in the area for a large group. It took a bit of effort to find parking for our large 8 passenger van, but that was not unexpected in the city center. We would definitely return!"

"Appartement très bien et confortable Un peu surprenant pas de clim alors très moderne Wifi très lent Et pas suffisamment de papier toilette Mais sinon bien situé "

"It’s giving institutional vibes. White walls, no decor, just a white box. The building is dark and the walls are paper thin. Air conditioning barely worked during the hottest week of the year. Automatically cutting off and having to be manually reset every hour or so. One morning of our stay, before 9am, there is literal banging on our door. A man claiming to be the unit owner says they need to change the air filters in our units because “this was the only time it could happen, once a year, has...

"The apartment is very ideal for a visit to Paris. The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again! Definitely recommend staying here. 100%."

"Great location. Quiet side street, yet close to plenty of amenities: groceries, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the centre of town, if you’re a good walker (30 to 45 minutes). Very easy access to public transportation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need (hot plates & microwave for a few meals at home), but with all the restaurants close by you probably won’t want to do much of that. There is even a great...

"The place was exactly as described. The host was helpful and very easy to communicate with. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops, Metro stops, etc, within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend."

"Besides the apartment itself, the street itself was wonderful, with restaurants, a grocery store that sells wine, a wonderful boulangerie, a cheese shop, and a choice of very nice restaurants to eat at for dinner and they serve all day! And you can watch the Eiffel Tower doing its magic electric show right from your window. The Building itself has a lift, so you can enjoy your penthouse apartment with ease. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient for our weeklong stay. It felt like what it...
