"Das Gebäudeensemble ist schlichtweg großartig. Es wurde vor knapp 25 auch so hervorragend saniert und konstruiert, dass es heute noch edel wirkt und größtenteils alles gut in Schuss ist. Abstriche müssen bei Bedienung und Personal gemacht werden, insbesondere an so einem vollen verlängerten Wochenende wie jetzt über Himmelfahrt weist der Service erkennbare Schwächen auf. Es ist einfach viel nicht (gut) geschultes Personal da, ein Problem, mit dem die Hotellerie aber insgesamt zu kämpfen hat. "
