"Appartement sale dépourvu de gel douche de savon et de shampoing. Petit déjeuner très light"

"All good. Helpful staff. Coffee available all day."

"Local de fácil acesso ao metro"

"Not much variety for breakfast. The restaurant was closed by 21:30. They provide you with small extras like toothbrush etc only if you ask. Facilities are a bit run down. However, beds were comfortable, bed linen was fresh. The room had TV, AC, tea, coffee and kettle. We liked the shower head and water pressure. "

"Wonderful staff - make you really feel comfortable in the place away from home. They gave some ideas and provided support with parking. Next day when I'd like to extend the stay, they went above and beyond to accommodate us with suitable room and at the speed of online booking. Very friendly - speak good English. We continue to enjoy our stay so far. Merci beaucoup pour tout. "

"AC didn't work. We left our things and came back later at night to find out about the AC. The room is tiny with long ceiling, so without AC it was almost unbearable. I'm asthmatic, so my husband asked the reception about the alternative room or refund. In response, we were offered a fan. Alas, it wasn't acceptable to us. They could've told us at the check in about the AC issue. At the end of a bit of heated exchange of words, we were refunded and left the facilities in the middle of the night to...

"Hôte gentil et serviable, la chambre est bien équipée, j'ai passé un séjour d'une nuit très agréable. Merci"

"Chambre spacieuse, propre, agréable Personnel aux petits soind"

"Hospedagem excelente em Lille com ar condicionado, que foi fundamental para nossa sobrevivência na onda de calor. Quarto bastante amplo, sempre arrumado. As meninas da recepção são muito simpáticas. Recomendo muito"

"Super emplacement. Instructions claires et précises"

"Lovely single room that was perfect. It actually didn’t feel small as had shelving and even a little desk. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was lovely. Staff helpful when I worried about a cat shut in a neighbouring building. And Blue the cat is friendly and desperate to get to your room with you but the signs say no!! Haha"

"we stayed in beaux arts room. it was spacious however there were no luggage racks and not many shelves so i suspect a lot of people live out of luggage on the couch or table. we put our suitcases on the dining room chairs. also the shower is very slippery. we really appreciated the washer as we were half way through a long trip. very satisfactory, no frills, no style. bed was comfortable."

"Privat geführte OG Wohnung. Neu saniert, allerdings Altbestand klar ersichtlich. Sehr familiär durch die permanente Anwesenheit der Eigentümerin. Tolle Lage inmitten eines Cottageviertels. Absolut ruhig."
