It is situated by the waters (30 m) of Libyan sea and it is 1 km east from the town of Ierapetra. The area has high temperatures and the longest sunshine in Europe. Between the two Building Facilities , there is a vast and beautiful garden with trees, plants and flowers and in the middle lies a rock built traditional style Pavilion (Leisure and Meeting point area). There is a comfortable swimming pool & baby pool. Near the Pool area stands an Indoor Jacuzzi and a Sauna, Opposite the Pavilion there is also a fully equipped Bbq area with Traditional Oven for the convenience of our guests. A great Parking area of at least 600m2 is available, free of charge.

There is internet Wifi service available. Free of charge!

The Reception is situated at the building Facility at the back, Ground floor. It is open for check in 12 hours per Day. Opening Hours: 09::00
Two separate A class apartment facilities, built in a site of 4000 m2 Free Wifi and free swimming pool use. Children under 3 years old come for apartments are air- conditioned and some are central heated and also offered for winter apartment comprises of one bedroom with Double Bed or 2 single beds, Living- room with bed or bed-couch, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a Sea-view veranda.
All apartments are fully air-conditioned, have satellite Tv, free wifi and balconies with sea and mountain view.
Apartments
Irene Villa comprises of 15 apartments which vary in size , type and accommodation capacity. All apartments are air- conditioned and some are central heated and also offered for winter accommodation. Each apartment comprises of one bedroom with Double Bed or 2 single beds, Living- room with bed or bed-couch, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a Sea-view veranda. There are Baby Cots ( Baby Beds) and Baby chairs available to be installed in the apartments for our young & infant guests!

The apartments differ in size and can accommodatepeople. All apartments have installed Hair and Body Dryer and 20'' Tv with Land or Satellite Channels. Our Suite type apartments have a Fire place in the Living room.

All apartments are cleaned and Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.

* All guests may request cleaning service in addition to daily, as well as additional change of Sheets and Towels.

* There is a full Laundry Service ( washing & Ironing) for the use of our guests. This service is optional

A nice and comfortable small apartment for 2 persons.
With fully equipped Kitchen (Fridge , electric Oven plus Electric Kettle, coffee machine and Toaster) and Dining area. There is a small Couch or a French Bed available in the Kitchen - Living room renovated Bathroom with modern Shower Cabin, Hair and Body Dryer. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single or 1 Twin Bed , a closet, nightstands and flat-screen Tv with land & satellite channels. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom and a ventilator in the kitchen - living room area, baclony and seating area.
