You can open any window in the cabin and hear the seasonal creek running through Idyllwild. A short, lovely 10 minute walk (4/10 of a mile) from the center of town. Secluded location hidden from road, surrounded by beautiful grove of pines, redwoods, oaks and dogwoods. A perfect retreat to reconnect and rejuvenate. Home is also walking distance to the local creekside amphitheater. Stop by there on the weekend during the summer to enjoy concerts in the park. Or listen from the back deck the sound of music filtering through the trees.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.

- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED DUE TO THE HOMEOWNER BEING ALLERGIC. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.

- Parking: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: RVC-315

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home.
