Welcome to TreeTop View! The main living area has floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing view! The living room has a smart TV with 2 sets of couches and a dining table for 8. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, and your essential kitchen items to whip up some tasty treats. Lofted upstairs King bed, Queen bed on the main floor, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the downstairs game room. There is a full bathroom on the main level with a combo shower/tub and an additional bathroom downstairs with a stand-up shower, toilet, and combo washer and dryer. Head out the glass sliding doors on the main floor to the outdoors and enjoy the views with amenities including BBQ, spa, fenced dog area, and dining for one epic adventure!

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.

- Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
