"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. "We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!🫶"
