"This little cabin is definitely a "not for everybody" but perfect for us two, 60 plus husband and wife of 43 years! It was one of the most peaceful and quiet get a ways ever. Angie is a great host!"

"We had a nice experience staying here. Don was very kind and friendly.. he supplied all the amenities you’d be looking for except for TV and Wi-Fi. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. He had a stack of firewood with fire starters If you want to have a fire, there was a grill available upon request. It’s only 10 minutes from Baldwin. It’s a great jump off point for going to places like Leland Traverse City. We took a day and drove up M22 . We enjoyed exploring Michigan. I would rent it...

"We came up to big star lake to hang out with family who have a cottage there. We had a very good night and then came back to a really nice home to sleep in. This place has all the ammenities of our own home. We felt at home instantly. 10 stars!! Would definitly stay here again."
