Welcome to our Lake View Cabin!
Designed by an architect to harmonize with its beautiful surroundings, this modern cabin was newly constructed in 2025.

A modern cabin situated on the shores of Lake Quivira just below St. Mary’s Glacier.
Only an hour from downtown Denver, but feels like a world away!
Lake view cabin is the perfect getaway for families with children, groups of friends, or anyone looking to reconnect with nature.

In the spring, summer and fall – you can fish with a private fishing badge, (no state fishing license needed). And enjoy a beautiful hike to St. Mary’s Glacier.
In the winter, you will switch to snow shoes and enjoy the Glacier totally snow covered!
Anytime of the year-we know you will enjoy your quiet stay here in St. Mary’s!

Within10 miles, there is a wide variety of recreational activities available, including rafting, Zip-lining, mountain biking and hot springs.
Our cabin provides the ideal backdrop for cherished memories.

This open view concepts, two level plus loft, total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms modern cabin has all the amenities that you need to create a memorable vacation with family or friends.

Relax and enjoy the view from most every window or go out and hike the breathtaking trails that surround the area. The trailhead to head up to the Glacier is steps away and the hike itself is ¾ mile each way.

A well equipped kitchen welcomes you create any meal your chef’s heart desires.
Bring your groceries and creativity and whip up a meal to remember!

-Upper Level-
2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and Loft.
The dining table seats eights comfortably for mealtimes and evening card games.
The nearby island has four barstools if you like spread out.
Great room is stretch out on the nearby cozy couch to watch a movie, read a book or snuggle with your person.
Head upstairs from the great room and the main kitchen, dining, you will find a loft with a small TV and game area for kids or those that need some time away from the group.
You can go outside to the deck from main kitchen, dining and island.
The deck has a beautiful mountain, lake view.

-Lower Level-
2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable modern sofa and TV.
A well equipped kitchenette has dining and access to the deck.
The dining table seats eights comfortably for mealtimes and evening card games.

Parking is plentiful, with space for up to 3 vehicles.
4WD vehicles are strongly encouraged from November through May due to our winter driving conditions. Due to winter driving conditions we are not able to offer refunds for mother nature’s plans.
Given our elevation 10,300 ft, we advise guests to hydrate well before (like a week) and during their stay to acclimate comfortably.

There are spontaneous power outages due to location and weather.
Power outages occasionally occur, primarily during the winter on strong windy days.
These are typically brief and restored quickly.

Internet provider is satellite. It is the best available on the mountain, but is most likely slower than you are used to. Makes it easier to put your devices down and relax!
