Our guests were equally great, the type that every host wants. They are always welcome back in our home.

1. As the property description reads, it is a 'guest' house, which means it occupies a space near the main house--Reader error, not ours. 2. The blinds are brand new and work just fine. All you needed to do was pull them down, and--VOILA--you would have had your privacy. User error, not ours. Both doors lock as well and yes, there are keys for them. You had the house all to yourself and with it, total privacy. 3. Left the complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush on the table for you, just as you requested and we discussed. Did not just 'barge in'--knocked, and knocked, and knocked, waited, got no answer, assumed you were still on your hike. Had no way of knowing you were 'reclusing' in the upstairs bedroom farthest from the main floor/master bedroom where most guests stay when they are alone. The comments you've left here are quite a departure from the very complimentary note you left in the kitchen telling us how much you loved staying here, how restful it was for you and how you would be coming back, so obviously we are having some difficulty in trying to process the obvious 'Jekyl and hide' associated with all of this, but hey, as the saying goes, 'c'est la vie'.
