🚗 Getting Here (Read This)
This is a true mountain escape—access requires driving approximately 5 miles on U.S. Forest Service roads.
The roads are regularly maintained with a solid granite base—no mud holes—but they are unpaved, bumpy, and include some incline.
Most SUVs, trucks, and crossovers handle this drive with ease. Sedans and minivans can make it, but are not recommended due to ground clearance and overall ride comfort.
Boats and trailers are not recommended, though experienced drivers may be comfortable—please reach out if you’d like to discuss.

🌱 Off-Grid Living (Important)
This home is fully self-sustaining with its own power, well water, and septic system—part of what makes this stay so unique. The property operates with an energy-conscious design, which is why there is no hot tub or bathtub.
