"Wie war er ? Kurz gesagt Fantastisch!!!!!!! Die Ferienwohnung war super für uns. Anreise war für uns schon 09:00 Wir konnten schon etwas eher in die Ferienwohnung. Gegen 12:00 oder 13 :00 Uhr. Meine Frau hat sich sofort entspannt wegen dem genialen Blick auf das Meer. PS. Das Bild ist kein Fake. ;) Kinder konnten im Pool schwimmen Ich konnte auch runter zum Strand. Abenteuerlicher Abstieg und Aufstieg zum Strand. Die Aussicht auf dem Strand ist es aber Wert. Gruß Familie Höer"

Trotz dessen dass wir leider schlechtes Wetter hatten, hat die Unterkunft viel geboten, einen beheizbaren Pool, das musste nur einmal kommuniziert werden und nach paar Stunden kam jemand und hat den Pool angemacht, die Heizung hat 1/2 Tage gedauert, dafür war dieser danach sehr angenehm warm. "Ein schönes Haus mit zwei Wohnungen und fantastischen Meerblick. Alles war sauber und die Küche wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet.Zum Einkaufen fährt man am Besten nach Labin. Das sind mit dem Auto etwa 10-15 Minuten.Wer, wie wir, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe geniesst, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.Der Vermieter spricht Deutsch und die Kommunikation war wirklich gut und freundlich.Dieses Objekt können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen."

"Foi razoável. Fomos bem atendidos, foi servido um bom café da manhã, a localização é boa, porém, o quarto 411 no bloco II está em condições muito ruins. Banheiro super antigo e sem manutenção, ducha de banho despenca a todo momento, vaso sanitário antigo e nada funcional, piso do quarto com parkets de madeira bem antigos, com alguns soltos e cheios de frestas.O armário está solto e por pouco não causou um acidente, quando minha esposa foi guardar as roupas e ele quase despencou. O estacionamento coberto tem muitas telhas quebradas e algumas soltas, podendo danificar seu veículo. Enfim, a propriedade precisa de reformas urgentes."

"A localização é ótima e a cidade é maravilhosa, entretanto tenho que dizer algumas coisas más sobre o Hotel. O quarto é muito pequeno para três pessoas. A tarifa do quarto não condiz com um hotel de 4 estrelas. O Pequeno-almoço também não é de um hotel de 4 estrelas. O estacionamento estava completamente cheio e nosso carro teve que ficar nas traseiras do hotel. No dia seguinte o carro estava na rua, em frente ao Casino. Pagamos uma diária de €25,00 para o estacionamento quando só chegamos às 22:00 e tínhamos que tirar o carro até o horário de checkout e isso não completou uma diária. Apenas a funcionária do primeiro dia foi educada, os outros funcionários não foram nenhum pouco simpáticos. O hotel precisa rever algumas políticas. "
