"It's in a very nice location near a canal and close to main local trains. The house is a very strange shape but works. Not suitable for more than 4 people given tiny place to sit."

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within 5 minutes. The subway station is...

"Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan."

"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Fantastic place! Great location - where a 3 min walk to the Shin Okubo station lets you easily ride the JY line to all the major spots. While you can get into big city action easily with nearby late night Izakayas or Don Quixote shopping - the house itself is in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The property was big - we got an extra shower we didn’t expect - and while some of the furnishings were maybe a little bit old fashioned, the place itself was very nice. "Great place, nice and cozy with comfortable beds and lots of room. The only downsides are it is right next to the train tracks, so it’s very noisy and shakes the house some, so it’s hard to sleep at night. The green exits lights also make it hard to sleep, but a sleep mask helps."
