Located just 10 minutes walk from the main harbour of Santa Eulalia and 1 minute walk to the beach this modern 2 bedroom apartment sits within its own private complex with huge communal pool and private gardens. A Ground floor apartment also with its own private garden, Sun bathing area, out door dining area and BBQ. Only just across the road from the fabulous Babylon beach bar where you can enjoy sun, cocktails and a spot of lunch in its fabulous restaurant. This apartment is ideal for anybody who wants to enjoy the nice side of Ibiza while being perfectly situated in a quite and exclusive complex.

The perfect place to stay

The apartment is amazing!!!Just as described and shown in pictures.This apt has Just been remodeled with very fancy design and finishes.Location is very quiet, walking distance to supermarkets and to the Marina and Santa Eulaliaā€™s downtown area.Building is surrounded by its own gardens and Pool is climatized and very spacious. Excellent for relaxing after enjoying beach.The apt itself is very comfortable, kitchen is fully equiped with high end brand new apliances.Beds and linen are very comfortable, cabinets and storage have a lot of space.The highlight of the apt is its terrace and patio to enjoy dinner ā€œal frescoā€ The manager Karina made Communication and the check in process very easy, was very helpfull and gave us advice about places and beaches to explore, she made our stay very pleasent.I highly recommend this apartment and for sure will return next year!!

Comfortable apartment in a lovely complex

The apartment was just as described and was very clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot weather, and the outside space was good, with shady & sunny areas. The huge swimming pool was superb and never busy, a real bonus. The complex itself was well maintained though we found it a good 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Communication with Andy, the owner and Karina the local representative was easy & they were both very helpful and friendly.

Amazing apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely stunning, it is really big and was never busy.Property manager very helpful in organising airport transfers and hand over of keys even though we landed At midnight. Had a fabulous time and would definitely book again .

Great Apartment, Good Location, Excellent Communication

Ground floor apartment with private garden in a great location with a lovely large communal swimming pool. Clean kitchen and well equipped. Good to see beach towels available at the apartment. Within a 10 minute walk to the fabuolous harbour and shops and restaurants. Supermarket Mercadona only a 5 minute walk away and well stocked (opens daily except Sunday). Owner Andy very responsive to our questions and Karina was excellent during our week long stay. Karina booked our taxi to the airport which was far cheaper than the private transfers (Thanks Karina). Overall a great stay in a lovely apartment and excellent communications from both Karina and Andy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Accommodation overall was good. Great pool although disappointed no ball games etc allowed. Only real problem was BBQ and dishwasher didnā€™t work. Nice walk into town in the evening with a good selection of restaurants.

Wow. What a beautiful apartment and complex. We absolutely loved our stay at Andy's property

We stayed for a fortnight in May with our two small children and the apartment was the perfect base for enjoying the local beaches, beautiful coastal walks, the playground and of course the amazing swimming pool. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable and the garden is such a huge bonus. Can't wait to come back again next year!

Ideal location

First trip abroad with our 2year old son and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was perfectly positioned in a quiet complex, a nice15mins walk from the heart of Santa Eulalia through the marina. The sea was a couple of minutes walk away, 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk for food/essentials, a playground within the complex and another bigger one next door. We had a hire car and would recommend Cala Pada beach a 10 minute drive away but there are beaches in easy waking distance. The apartment was big and had everything we needed (including beach umbrellas), the outside space was safe and secure for our little boy to run about. The gas bbq made for easy meals when we didn't want to go out. A great rental!

Second time staying here and again no disappointments. Excellent location within walking distance to many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is ideal for our family of 4, the kids love the pool and with it being so quiet itā€™s great for the adults to relax as well.

Die KĆ¼che war sehr gut ausgestattet. In der innenliegenden WaschkĆ¼che gab es eine 6 l Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Waschmittel, Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier und KĆ¼chenrolle sowie GewĆ¼rze waren vorhanden. HandtĆ¼cher und BettwƤsche waren ausreichend vorhanden. TV-Programm nur in Spanisch. W-Lan war defekt und konnte in unseren 2 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht repariert werden. Schlafzimmerjalousie war bei Ankunft defekt und wurde nach 1,5 Wochen repariert. Der Pool war groƟ, hatte nur leider keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 25 Minuten zu FuƟ von den tollen StrƤnden in Santa Eulalia entfernt. Die Beach Bar ohne Beach ist im Oktober nur bis 18 Uhr geƶffnet. Sonst hat man keine weiteren LokalitƤten in der nƤheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in der NƤhe der Bushaltestelle Es Farallo. Ein groƟer Spielplatz mit Fitnessparcours und zwei SupermƤrkte sind fuƟlƤufig zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist fĆ¼r die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Tiefgaragenplatz ist vorhanden. Uns ist die Wohnung zu abgelegen, deshalb wĆ¼rden wir sie nicht erneut mieten.

Everything you need in an apartment and more

Excellent well equipped apartment with a lovely pool in a great area. Nice added extras like the BBQ, beach blankets,towels, parasols and cool box and private garden with sun beds.Comfy beds, clean well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Added bonus of a full sky package. Niu Blau beach is 10 minutes walk and supermarket 2 minutes walk. Owner Andrew great to deal with as was Katrina who was easy to contact and even booked our taxi to the airport. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this apartment.

Having stayed at the same development two years ago we knew what a fantastic location this was for the local beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was everything that is listed. The garden in particular was great for us with 2 small children with us. We also found the huge selection of UK tv channels very useful for the children. The pool was deserted most days and it was like having your own private pool. Both Andrew (owner) and Karina (local contact) were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely look to go again.

MalgrĆ© une mĆ©tĆ©o trĆØs mauvaise (04/2019), nous avons bien profitĆ© de nos vacances grĆ¢ce a cet appartement trĆØs agrĆ©able, sa grande terrasse, sa rĆ©sidence bien entretenue et Ć  proximitĆ© de toutes les commoditĆ©s.
