Hébergement agréable
Vacances bien mouvementées avec nos deux enfants. L'appartement offre un bel espace de vie et de partage, on s'y sent bien. On a trouvé le lieu très intéressant pour combiner détente et découverte ! Merci !

Nice Place!
Herrliches Apartment. Die Fotos sind zutreffend, das Apartment ist eher größer,als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Balkon spitze und auch ansonsten hat uns nichts gefehlt! Es liegt in einer unauffälligen Anlage von der man nichts mitbekommt. Es ist ein kleines spanisch- weißes 2 Etagen-Reihenhaus (Endhaus), die Wohnung liegt oben. Toller Blick, insgesamt sehr viel Grün drumherum :-) Der Weg zum Strand dauert 5 min bergab eine Gasse und bergauf vielleicht 2 Minuten mehr (mit Kinderwagen sportlich aber auf jeden Fall möglich). Uns hat der Weg immer Spaß gemacht, weil er fast gar nicht befahren ist und tolle Blicke bietet. Es gibt aber auch noch ein breite Straße zum Strand. Die kleine Bucht ist zauberhaft: Ein paar gute Restaurants direkt am Strand, klares Wasser, Schnorcheln, besondere Sonnenuntergänge und schöne Angelmöglichkeiten!

On arrival the double bed frame (two single beds tied together with shoes laces) was broken. The owners came to fix it but knew it was already broken. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it with tape. He couldn’t, so we had to move in to the smaller twin room. They then delivered a new single base the next day but wouldn’t give us fresh linen for our guests arriving for the twin room. They said “you have only slept in it for one night”! The quality of the bed linen was very poor and no changes allowed in two weeks so we had do our laundry ourselves in a machine with no instructions (the owner did not know how to use it either). We did get it to work by going on line and having to yank the door so hard because it was rusted. We then got locked out for a couple of hours one evening because of failed locks and left in a distressing and insecure situation. A lot of the equipment is old. The instructions have been obliterated by age. The wash hand basin in double room bathroom leaked and the stopper did not work. This apartment has a wonderful view but needs significant investment.

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage
Die sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Teil der Insel. Im August gab es manchmal ein Problem in einen Parkplatz zu finden, da die Straße auch von "Tage -Strandbesuchern" genutzt. Ein Auto ist in der Region aber dringend notwendig. Die Straße zum Strand hat eine "sportliche" Steigung.

Pine trees and cicadas
This flat has everything you need and more: Nicely renovated bathrooms, good beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a loggia with a view of the cala Vadella and the quietness that makes you hear the cicadas and smell the pine trees. I would come again.

Perfect location and apartment
The apartment was perfect for us and was immaculate. Frank met us there, showed us round and recommended some sights to see and told us about the area. There is a great balcony looking out towards the sea, the rooms were all really good sizes and the showers were excellent. The area was very peaceful and literally across the road is the swimming pool which was almost always empty. There was never any problem getting a sunbed. The beach is a short walk and keep a look out for the La Playa sign on the right by some steps as it’s a shortcut down to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and never got too crowded. The umbrellas from the apartment were really handy for the beach. The best bars are Can Jaume and Vadella Beach Bar and the best food we had was at Maria Luisa. They are all on the beach with great views. There is a small supermarket selling all the essentials and the nearest bigger supermarket (Hiper Centro) we found is in St Josep. Check in and check out was easy and there was great communication with our hosts throughout. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us

Relaxing Ibiza
First time to Ibiza so was not sure what to expect. This property and location was perfect. Just a short drive from the airport so easy to get to but you are tucked away in the lovely community of Cala Vadella which has one if the prettiest beaches on the island . The apartment was simple, modern very clean and quiet. The shower is brilliant and you have a washing machine so you can pack light. We stayed for a week and with at least six beach cafes and restaurants you actually don't need to go anywhere else! You do need a car as the local grocery shop is a short drive away. Big bonus is the lovely balcony to enjoy those obligatory Sun Downers !

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren für 10 Nächte zu dritt in dem Apartment und uns hat während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist optimal und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen und für den Urlaub braucht. Es gibt leider keinen Grill, was aber auf Grund der Lage in mitten eines Pinienwaldes sowieso nicht möglich wäre, da es vor allem im Sommer sehr trocken ist. Der Balkon ist traumhaft; man ist Wind- und Regengeschützt und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Strand, der in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist einer der schönsten, den wir gefunden haben und bietet auch einiges an gastronomischer Auswahl! Das Appartment hat aber auch eine tolle Lage, um vor allem die Westküste von Ibiza mit all den Buchten und Stränden zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen braucht man dafür aber auf jeden Fall. Alles in allem hatten wir einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub, wozu die Ferienwohnung auch beigetragen hat! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic Apartment & Location
Highly recommended not just for the clean contemporary style and comfort of the apartment which had everything we needed including a stunning view and quiet location. Just a minutes' walk to the adult and kids pool which we visited every day which has a restaurant/pool bar that serve excellent food with great friendly service. We have been going to Ibiza for many years and know Cala Vedella very well but have always stayed at the main hotel close to the beach but loved the apartment and location for its tranquility and close proximity to the beach perfect for our three-year-old daughter. Frank was friendly and a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to book again.

Wundervoll und Erholung pur
Wir waren 8 Nächte Ende August in der Wohnung mit unseren zwei Söhnen 14 + 17 Jahre. Die Wohnung war auch für uns mit gr. Kindern groß genug. Wir haben den traumhaften Blick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Morgens Aufstehen mit Blick auf die Bucht! Die Sonnenuntergänge an der Cala Vadella sind wirklich unbeschreiblich. Es war alles (Geschirr etc.) ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig eine Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer hat gefehlt. Die Bäder mit den Steinböden fanden wir sehr schön. Cala Vadella ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort zum Erholen. Schöne Restaurants, alle mit Meerblick, sehr leckerem Essen. Manche Restaurants bieten abends auch Live-Musik. An der "Bar Cala Vadella" sitzt man abends entspannt mit Cocktails. Der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen, alles sehr entspannt + ruhig, nie überlaufen, wir haben immer 4 Liegen bekommen. Es gibt auch gr. Sofas zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns wieder auf "Spirit of Ibiza" eingelassen und einfach in den Tag gelebt. Leider wird auch auf Ibiza immer mehr gebaut, das finden wir sehr traurig und bedenklich. Cala Vadella hätten wir gerne schon vor Jahren erlebt. Die Natur auf Ibiza fasziniert uns immer wieder!

Most amazing holiday
We got in quite late in the night and Frank was there to show us around the property and also some possible excursions. The place was much better than we anticipated. Was very spacious, clean and had a very modern feel to it. We were a family of four and we had our on private space when we wanted it and also plenty of space to spend together. Especially loved the varenda where we got have a bite to eat together and watch the sunset in the evening. Aircon was a massive plus and the hospitality of the hosts. Pool was special as we never had to fight for space and the beach was very lively. The only issue we had was the parking which we felt wasn't enough as we had at times park a bit further away. Overall this was a most perfect place to spend for a few days and we will certainly be revisiting it in the future.

Wonderful apartment and location
Frank and Sandra made the whole process easy and stress free. It was our first time traveling with our baby and the apartment and location was absolutely perfect for our first holiday as a family. The beach and bars/restaurants at Vedalla are wonderful providing plenty of choice for your stay. If you have access to a car, you also have to check out the other local coves that come recommended in the visitor book. Lastly, the most spectacular thing about this apartment is the sunset! You have a straight view down to the bay from the balcony and every night is magical. Thanks for a memorable holiday

Great stay
Very nice and clean apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment/kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the pool. Unfortunately the bar/shop/restaurant at the pool were closed when we were there, but we understand they should reopen soon. The beach is a short walk away, although it may be too long (steep) for young children. Parking can sometimes be difficult. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit einem kleinen aber feinen Balkon mit Meerblick zur Bucht Cala Vadella in dem Club Aquarium! Zu Fuß zum Strand ist es etwa 5min ! Auf dem Gelände ist ein Gemeinschaftspool für die Kinder! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Ort selbst ist sehr gut geeignet wenn man Kinder dabei hat denn am Strand haben unsere Kinder andere Kinder kennen gelernt und abends Fußball am Strand gespielt während die Eltern vom. Bar aus die Kinder beobachten können!

**Great Apartment with a wonderful view!**
What a treat to come back in the apartment after a day on the beach or touring around the island. Chilling on the balcony with a wonderful view. Everything you need is here. From lovely decorated bathrooms with nice showers, nice rooms with good beds to a modern kitchen with all the necessary stuff. We cooked our meals a couple of times here instead of going out. Thank you very much Alexandra and Frank for let us rent this apartment. Thank you Frank for your help and great service! Apartment is very well located, nearby is a swimming pool and a small supermarket, the beach is only a small 10 minutes’ walk (down). On the way back it is a little longer….Cala Vadella Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island (according to us) and there are enough restaurants and bars to eat and drink. Fabulous apartment
The apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. Lovely and spacious and beautiful view of the sunsets. We had everything we needed and our toddler loved the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised that the walk to the beach was on an easy sealed road so nice and easy with a buggy. Overall a great stay!

Great Location & Property
The property was exactly as described, the location was perfect with a beautiful clean beach within walking distance (5 mins) there were a number of restaurants ranging from cafe style for breakfast up to a really nice italian/fish restaurant, there is also a small takeaway outlet and supermarket and other small shops dotted about. The accommodation was clean and had everything you needed, with a number of small complimentary touches, spare coffee and tea etc. Frank was very helpful and was easily contacted by phone/text. It was a great stay and would definitely recommend to others, especially couples and families. Thanks Frank & Alexandra for a lovely stay, we hope to come back again sometime. Caron & Hean x

Wunderschönes Appartement
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Appartement verbracht. Es ist sehr schön gestaltet und neu renoviert. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf tolle Sonnenuntergänge blicken. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wie beschrieben war es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig. Das war sehr angenehm. In der Bucht von Vedella gibt es schöne Restaurants und Bars. Wir danken Alexandra und Frank für den gemütlichen Aufenthalt in ihrem Appartement. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great area and apartment!
Just back from our week on the lovely island of Ibiza. Frank was very helpful and accommodated both an early arrival and our late departure (thankyou). The apartment was ideally situated for many lovely beaches and a short drive from both the airport and Ibiza town. It had everything we needed and I would stay there again. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't open at this time, but the local beach was just a short walk down the hill and was lovely. Thanks Frank!

Great pool and bar - property facility information not accurate
This was our second visit to Ibiza. Previously we stayed in Cala Tarida, in another home and away property. In comparison this apartment is very much a business for the owner not a home. We were disappointed to find that the twin room doesn’t have air con, only a ceiling fan. Additionally the ensuite in this room was a little tatty - rusty shower, with very low water pressure becoming unusable when the master ensuite shower was in use. In general the fixtures and fittings were tatty - chipped plates and cups. We also had problems with the WiFi which in effect is limited - we used our allowance in 2 days - not great for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers staying for 2 weeks. The pool area was definitely the highlight for us.

Dear Chris your review fails to say that: 1 the water pressure is not our fault but is a general problem in high season when thousands uses the shower almost at the same time. 2 You probably dont know that Ibiza is an island with no much water specially in summer time.. 3 the rusty showers are due to the bad water quality ( hard water) and we change them every year. 4 you received an extra internet charge that we payed to provide you better internet as possible but the problem is as you said , are the teenagers that are all day in the internet and forgot to enjoy what Ibiza has to offer in nature and fun. You received all of our attention in order to make your stay the most enjoyable as possible. Your comments are far from being fair. All other guests wrote excellent comments and those that read your comment will surely not understand you.

Fabulous apartment where you can see the sun set!
Sandra and Frank were great at communication so we felt comfortable with the booking at all times. The apartment is at the top of the hill, with a great 5 minutes walk down hill to the beach of Cala Vadella. Air con was fab, terrace was fab and the beds very comfortable. We arrived at 3am and it would have been a great little bonus if water was provided in the fridge as sadly we didn't pick up any at the airport other than that, it was perfect! We look forward to visiting again!

Nice, cosy appartement, with a great seaview.
We have experienced our stay at the Frank and Sandra apartment as enjoyable. Spacious apartment with beautiful terrace and idem view. The decor was basic but classy. Upon arrival, a bottle of water was ready for us in the fridge. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. The bathrooms were in Ibizian style, beautiful and clean! Very complete, enough plates, glasses and pans. Frank was very friendly and helpful. Small point of attention; The double bed in the master bedroom were two single beds, which did not fit well. But fine beds! Furthermore, three (or so) dishwasher blocs would have been welcome. Thank you Frank and Sandra, I highly recommend the apartment.

Great time
When we first came to the apartment we were greeted by the owners Sandra and Frank, the apartment we exactly how its shown. Well-maintained clean and elegant. The views from the apartment were superb as you could clearly see the sunset whilst surrounded by a tranquil forest of pine trees. The location of the apartment made everything accessible from the restaurants, views and the beach. I would definitely recommend eating paella there! It is ideal for family and couple trips and its only five minutes walking from the beach! Will definitively come again next year. Virginia R.
