"Dirty and noisy"

"O hotel é antigo e o quarto precisando de reparos. A cama e os travesseiros são desconfortáveis, o carpete sujo, as cortinas mofadas. O frigobar estava com cheiro estranho, haviam bichinhos como mini baratas."

"It was a very simple hotel room. No coffee pot in the room, no pool on premises. The walls are not soundproof. It did have a very small fitness room and an elevator to get to upper floors, which is a plus. No complaints, but no compliments either. "

"Room was filled with cockroaches and the floor and room itself wasn't cleaned. Dust/dirt in the corners, burn holes in the comforter. Cheap hotel so I guess you get what you paid for."

"Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back."

"1st rm turned hadn’t been cleaned. Food on desk and in refrigerator. We were given another rm. the 2nd and 3rd days of our stay the rm key didn’t work and had to be re- engaged at the service desk. Neither the hot tub nor the pool were operational but we were told that info was on the website. Somehow I had missed that. The staff seem to be friendly and mean well but don’t have a property that is invested in quality. "
