Family home with garden - quiet location near Hyères and beaches

A family home with 110 m² of living space and a private garden of 300 m², located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, just 5 km from downtown Hyères and 6 km from the nearest beaches.

This is our primary residence, so the house is very well-equipped and comfortable. All mattresses are high-quality memory foam mattresses in excellent condition.
The kitchen is fully equipped—just like a typical family kitchen for everyday use.

Amenities:
Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and all standard kitchen utensils.

First floor

Large 20 m² master suite with walk-in closet and a 160 × 200 cm bed

Bathroom with shower and toilet

A veranda that lets in plenty of natural light and serves as a thermal buffer. This keeps the temperatures inside the house comfortable (the living room and bedroom are air-conditioned). In the summer, the veranda is especially pleasant to use in the evening.

Upper floor

Two bedrooms, each 11 m²

Bedroom 1:

Loft bed for a child under 10 years old

One single bed

Bedroom 2:

80-cm bed, which pulls out to a 160-cm double bed

A total of 5 adults and 1 child can sleep comfortably.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on the upper floor.

The completely fenced-in backyard borders a small river, which may be partially dry in the summer but offers a very natural and peaceful setting.

There is also a small above-ground pool for children.

Free parking is available at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Two important notes

Our two cats stay in the house.
They have a cat flap and live mainly outdoors (no litter box). We simply ask guests to feed them and give them water. They are very discreet, do not sleep in the bedrooms, and respect closed doors.

Most of our personal belongings will be removed so that you have enough space for your own things. However, some drawers and cabinets will remain locked.
We also provide toys for children (ages 6–10) as well as beach toys so you don’t have to overload your car.
