With a capacity for 2 to 3 people, this holiday home offers an interior space of 40 m² and includes:

- a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). To accommodate a third person, the armchairs will be removed to install an extra bed (90 x 190 cm), available for a supplement, bed linen included;

- a living room with kitchenette;

- a bathroom with a large shower, WC, washbasin, and a sink with drainer completing the kitchenette;

- a private terrace of 15 m² facing west, furnished with an outdoor table, electric barbecue, garden armchairs, and a parasol.



The living room includes a two-seater sofa as well as a table and chairs.

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.



A washing machine and drying rack are also at your disposal in the bathroom.



The holiday home is bright, carefully decorated, and arranged for your comfort:

- reversible air conditioning;

- washing machine;

- hairdryer;

- electric barbecue on the private terrace;

- television in the bedroom;

- free Wi-Fi access.



Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, and breakfast is available for an additional charge.



We can, upon request, arrange your round-trip transfer from the SNCF train station or Hyères airport.



A charging station for electric vehicles is available for a supplement.

Bicycles are also available for rent.
