My Father called to front desk person 3 times for one plate and they won’t received it till next day.

The property is very old and nothing works including the internet.. fortunately the staff was very good and was able to give alternative solutions.

I waited in the lobby for an hr even though I had booing. Room was terrible sheets had stains, AC would make noise all night. Had to end my stay half way. Hotel refused to refund. Please don't choose this hotel for stay.

I had booked this property for my guest arriving in town. Initially they couldn't find my bookings which I had a booked a month before the check in date. I was on the phone with Expedia for 1 hour 45 mins to try and get this sorted and have the room allocated to my guest. The following day I had the same issue at the reception.

I recommend looking for a different hotel.
I took the "suite" room. Indeed there was a king size bad. But thats about it. The room was not clean at all also the towels. No cleaning service from any sort during my stay. They only change the linen of the bad. I could hear everything from the street. I found out after a very long workday that there is no hot water in the shower. After notifying the reception they told me that the water hot onlu during specific hours. Thanks a lot! Summary: Not worth the money for the service and the very low standart hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, nice facility, clean rooms, linen, washroom, had all the basic amenities, customer service desks are prompt and responsive. complimentary breakfast as part of the room opted could improve- found no plates when we entered the restaurant at 10am, the spread was decent, the omelet counter service was just average, refill of Tea/coffee took time, no tissues refilled on the table when cleaned after a use, service needs improvement. Car parking in the basement, where there is no access by lift or stairway, person will have to walk down the car path to fetch his/her vehicle if one’s not interested to hand over the vehicle to a valet, this could be a deterrent to elderly customers.

Good hotel with a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff was great, however the reception staff was not very accommodating.

Nice and comfortable stay
Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were courteous and even helped us with early check-in process for which we had to pay extra as our hotel bill was already pre-paid at the time of booking. Complimentary Breakfast buffet option was good. Lunch buffet was also good and value for money. Hotel location is good.

Spartan but tidy and quite comfortable. Would prefer to have an in-room safety box and at least one drawer somewhere. Otherwise a good deal.

Nice Hotel
Clean and convenient hotel located in the middle of the business district. Quiet to conduct conf calls and meetings. I'll recommend others and that will be my go to hotel.

Convenient and functional.
Good location for meetings in hi-tech city part of Hyderabad and International Convention Centre. Hotel is budget chain for business travellers. Has everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel next door has a bar and restaurants.

Not recommended for business people.
First impression was not very good, very low end not really sure about their rating of 3-star. On top of this, room a/c was leaking, technician repaired it in the night, worked ok during night and started leaking in the morning.

Great experience except at the reservation counter
Everything was excellent except that it took me about more than hours time to check in. Had to wait for half an hour at red fox after which i was told to go to lemon tree . At lemon tree again i had to wait for about 45 minutes before i could get a room.

ハイテックシティに近いことから宿泊。歩いて5分くらいのところに良いレストラン（Table）があるが、他にはない。 部屋は、シャワーの出が良く温度も良い。ベッドも快適。床は土足仕様なので、スリッパを持ってくと良い。石鹸、シャンプー以外のアメニティは28か38ルピーで購入できる。 ネットがWifi1台のみで、遅い。有料プラン購入すれば別です。 カフェにあるビリヤードの状態はあまりよくはないが、無料で遊べます。

Good hotel, strange experience
I checked in for a night at Red Fox Hotel, Hitec City, Hyderabad earlier this week. The check in process took incredibly long, I was told the category of room I had asked was not available, and was asked to check in at Lemon Tree, which is an up-grade ! Here again, they did not find a room and was told to head back to Redfox (both hotels are co-joined) where the room was given. I was completely taken aback when told I had to pay 100% at the time of check-in, which is something I was least prepared for ! Company Policy I was told, though I saw other check in's happening without this clause. The rooms are good and functional, wifi is good, but not free, which is unusual, considering most hotels do give it free. On check out I realised that they levy a service charge on the room rent, which was also a first for me. Net net, a good property, but some strange policies and some fine print ! Being in Hitec, seems to be full with employees of Google, Wells Fargo etc, so people from lesser known companies have to live with their Company Policy !

Very Unprofessional
Having collected 100% advance for room and breakfast, was showing due at the time of check out and had to show the cash receipt paid to settle the issue. very unprofessional approach. What would be the fate if cash receipt was not available at the time of checkout???
